ORIGIN Noordhoek Pre & Post Natal
A pre & post natal yoga class for all expecting & new mothers. Newborns are welcome. No yoga experience required. Class will be tailored to the students in the class, depending on what stage they are at, any specific issues they have, & how they want to birth their babies.
